If you don't want to buy online, or simply don't have time since this is short notice, there is also a registry at target.

NOTE: Clothes are not needed - plenty have already been donated from friends who are done having kids. If you can't resist clothing, 6 months or older is preferred and keep in mind that will be winter time. 

The nursery is all a minimalist cottage style to match the rest of the house - very simple,  neutral, white, off white and wood.
